The Michelle Lee For State Senate Campaign is reaching out to the people of Senate District 11 by telephone, email and social media sharing information and conducting wellness check-ins as we focus on the health and safety of our communities during the COVID-19 crisis.
Many of us are voluntarily sheltering in place with our families to slow its spread. Others don’t have that option.
The word gratitude comes to mind.
I’m grateful for our friends and neighbors who are stepping up as essential workers.
From our health care providers to our first responders to our truck drivers to our grocery store workers; they are today’s heroes. As are the folks who are volunteering at food shelves and other organizations helping our families in a time of great need.
I'm also grateful for Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and our DFL leadership in St. Paul working to craft critical legislation on health and safety during the pandemic.
As we move forward together to provide communities with the tools for recovery, a DFL majority in the MN House and Senate becomes more crucial.
That's why the Michelle Lee for State Senate Campaign is now organizing a grassroots army of volunteers--to be activated when this virus loses its grip on our communities--to flip our senate seat and take back the majority in the Minnesota State Senate this November.
When that time comes, we'll need your help to display yard signs, deliver campaign literature to your neighbors and make telephone calls to get out the DFL vote.
Please sign up today to volunteer for the Minnesota Lee for State Senate Campaign today.
Until next time,
Be safe, be well.
